My Solution was to buy the $25 Mercury part, take off the bulb and put it on the 9.9 kicker. Expensive but easy. A week later I was in a big box store and saw a 2 pk of primer bulbs made by Arnold for Briggs and Stratton engines, part no.490-239-0002. I purchased the 2 pk for $4.00. They are a perfect fit. :grumpy:
