Replacing Power Trim Hose?

Hello, I have a 1995 Mercruiser 3.0 Alpha One. I need to replace one of the trim hoses going from the pump to the drive. How do I do this? How does the hose terminate at the drive? It look like it goes through the transom, to the drive. HELP PLEASE?!!!!

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... The hose goes to a little manifold, bolted to the transom, outside the boat, at the very bottom of the transom assembly,...

Ok, that's what I thought. I took the two bolts out, holding it, and I couldn't get it to drop down. Are there more bolts, or is there a trick to getting it loose?

Ayuh,... Probably just hung up on the gasket, it's a water-tight fittin',...

It helps to push some slack from the top too while pulling from the bottom. Be sure to clean up and replace that gasket too.
