Gotcha. I had one do that last year. The material just eventually rots. I hated to get rid of it because my buddy's son who died at fifteen used to ride on it, but it was shot and unsafe. Doubt you'll be able to do anything with yours. A new tube is most likely in the cards. They're not too expensive.
