So I replaced the impeller but I cannot see any water coming out of the pee-hole.I do feel some air but that is it. I think i might be missing a hose i lower unit. Heres a couple of pics of lower unit.

Are you sure the fins on the impeller were going in the right direction? My buddy did his one time and as he twisted and pushed the impeller into place the fins were facing in the wrong direction and it wouldn't push water. Just a thought!

I use liquid soap on the blades of the impeller. With one hand on the cover applying moderate pressure, take the other hand and rotate the drive shaft CW while the cover sinks down and mates with the bottom plate.

The copper output tube has seals on both ends sometimes and other times the seals are not mounted on the tube...if you didn't have any when you took it apart don't worry about it. You do need to ensure that the copper tube mounts in the receptacle in the bottom of the engine block. Some times it is easier to mount the tube in the block and then into the water pump as it's easier to see that way.

On a lot of Mercs, when that water tube comes out of the midsection, it is real hard to get it back into the proper place. What motor do you have?
