Replace steering cable for 2000 sea ray 210 sundeck - need help to do this - diags

My steering is very tight, I need to replace the cable, am looking for technical diags, videos or instructions to get this accomplished. I have seen other replacements videos but none for a sea ray boat. appreciate any assistance I can get.
