Replace old 2-piece exhaust elbow with new 1-piece??

This is a 120 Merc with the 2 piece exhaust riser/elbow on the manifold, 76325. I need to replace it, so can I use the new 1-piece version, 12076A2? Will the bellows mate properly with the old exhaust riser?

I don't know the part #s,..... But the Short Answer is,.... No......<br /><br />You'll need to Replace with Like Parts.......<br /><br />What Year,+ Model of Merc. are we Talking about here Anyways,..???....

1984 merc 120 IL4 SN 6734398. I know you couldn't replace just the 1 part of the 2, but maybe you could replace both parts with the 1 new version. stemtostern.com has the exploded diagram and the small adapter section is labeled "superceded by 12076A2", which is the new version PN.

Yes, the new part number (12076A2) will replace both the spacer and the old style elbow, and will bolt to your manifold.<br /><br />The olde 12076A1 adapter plate if needed supercedes to the A2 which is the complete new style 1 piece riser.

Don, please confirm that the new version mates at the bellows with the old version lower exhaust pieces. I just want to make sure on that end before I order the part.<br />Thanks
