Replace brass plugs with "blue" plugs??

My exhaust manifold plugs are the blue plugs but the 2 on the sides of the block are the brass type and a pain to get a wrench to. Can I just replace them with the blue plugs?

The threads are different,many there is an adapter for them?

One nice thing about the brass is you can't drop them, don't ask how I know.

You should be able to buy items 4 5 & 6. The o-rings come with the blue plugs though.
