Replace '92 350 mag with vortec?

I have a '92 350 mag with a cracked block. I toyed with the idea of an auto engine, and still might adapt one, but found some reasonable prices on a marine long block. The newer vortec long block is the same price as mine. What differences are there? I know I will need a new intake, but what about flywheel, harmonic balancer, exhaust, etc? Any ideas or advice? Thanks,

You can reuse all of your external parts except the intake manifold that you already mentioned.

The Vortec difference is the Heads......

Everything should Bolt Right On......
