"Choke is wide open". What does that mean, choked or not choked?
How did you check the fuel pump?
Cleaning carbs is not like washing dishes. Until the cleaner has experience and expertise carb "cleaning" often fails to get critical passages and orifices clean. How did you clean the orifices into the carb throat?
