Renting a Boat

The girlfriend and I plan on visiting California this summer, I'd like to find a boat or marina I could stay in for a week or so, is this something people do in California or should I rethink this plan.<br /><br />Regards and God Bless

Boat rentals can be found at most harbors in southern California. Though sometimes only one rental outfit for that harbor. Also, the actual boats available, and how fussy they are about who they rent to, can vary a great deal. Try to research this in advance so you end up at a harbor with a rental operation you want to do business with.<br /><br />I would say the San Diego area has the most rental options.<br /><br />Kelly Cook
