I have a Jeep Wrangler and a boat/trailer package that weights over 3500 pounds. I need a truck that can tow this weight. Where can I rent one from? Enterprise said, "No".

Rent a Suburban, Tahoe, TrailBlazer, Durango or any similar size SUV. They generally have receiver hitches and will easily handle the load. I guess the next question would be whether or not you tell them you are going to tow a trailer. Shouldn't make any difference so long as you don't exceed the towing capacity and the rental contract specifically states "no trailer towing".
