Removing the throttle twist grip from steering arm?

How to remove the throttle grip from the steering/tiller arm of my 9.9 Johnson outboard?

Just looking at the blowup of the arm it appears there is a screw about 1 1/2 In. in from the tip.I think if you remove it the grip will come off.It may be spring loaded.

where did you find an exploded view? Is that screw "inside" the throttle handle? I never thought to look there....I thought that was just the idle adjustment knob.
