removing seals on holley 2 barrel carb.

I need tunning up my engines wich are 2 volvo 3.0 glp-j and i'd need some help how to do it. Can i increse power ajusting the mixture screws? if i can how can i remove the seals?

as you say i would not touch them, so you mean there is no other adjustment in the carb to increase some power?

Power is determined by the overall design of the engine and all of it's systems.
