Removing propeller hub

Hi all, I have a 1994 175 Merc. black max. I just purchased a nice prop off ebay, but the hub is spun. I want to take the hub from the current prop and put it in this one. Is that possible? And if so, can someone please tell me how to do it? I'm not sure if it's a flo-torq 2 or not. The original prop is a quicksilver 2 so I think it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason

Re: Removing propeller hub

Why not just buy a new hubkit for the new prop? ..and keep the old prop (with the hub in place) as a spare? If you insist on moving the hub from the old to the new prop, and it looks to be the same Flo-Torq hub on both, the plastic hub insert can be pulled right out and just stuck into the next prop.

Ayuh,........

My Guess is,.... This is an Older prop without the flo-torq type hub,......

If that's the case,.....
You'll have to bring it to a Prop Shop,+ have them press out the old hub,+ press in a replacement,.....
Or,.......
It may Not be repairable......
