removing Merc 90 flywheel

Ahoy shipmate,<br />We have the factory manual for the Merc 90 o/b jet drive that we are working on and found the ohm readings on the stator don't match the book --So it is time to remove the flywheel-I've tried a harmonic balancer puller but no luck and we don't have the factory puller so does anybody have any good ideas.<br />thanks <br />tow'd

The factory puller is the only way to properly remove a Merc flywheel.
