I purchased a boat a few months ago that has a McGard prop lock. I need to remove the prop, but am not sure what the proper procedure is. All I have done is removed the plastic covering. I'm pretty sure that I have the right key, but cannot see where it is used. If anyone could provide me with the proper procedure for removing the lock after the plastic covering is removed that'd be great.
