Removing lower unit house bearing?

1994 Yamaha 130TXRS

Near the water pump Im trying to remove the house bearing to replace seals.

I removed the 4 bolts and the top seal came out easily but the other seal requires that the housing is removed. I have tried PB blaster and heating it a little.

Is there a special tool required..tricks?

I'd appreciate any advice

You might need to explain what you are calling a house bearing

He's trying to remove the carrier that holds the upper bearing. Held in place with 4 bolts. You have to use two screw drivers, one on each side and slowly work it up. If it's corroded in, you may break it if not careful.
