removeing sticker adhesive???(found the answer in boat ??)

I'm trying to get the emblem adhesive off my yamaha cowling. I have tryed several liquids and a scotch brite wheel and it just moves it around. The heat gun didn't do much good either and I don't want to blast it off. Any suggestions???????? I tryed the search and it keeps rotating around to search!!!!!!!

Spray with wd-40 and let it sit overnight.It will wipe right off.If it is real tough you may have to do it twice.Bug and tar remover works pretty good too. Charlie
