Removed oudrive and glue in gasket and o-rings

Hello everybody again,
Soon I will be installing my outdrive for the 1st time,
the question is do I need to glue the water passage o-ring and the big quadrant oring in the bellows?
I do not have Bellow Adhesive near by me, or somebody knows the equivalent in Europe for that?
Or maybe I can use any glue for the rubber?


PS. For how long I can store opened Bellow Adhesive? For example if I order it this year, open just for 2 orings can i use the same tube of that in the following years for example for bellows work?

Thanks Ive found equivalent! Its well known glue based on neoprene, polychloroprene.

Glue the big square rubber ring, grease for the water inlet o-ring.
