Have removed the four bolts on the cavitation plate as well as the one under the trim tab. Placed in neutral and the unit will not drop down. according to SELOC there is not a locknut on the shift rod to uncouple and the motor is in the fully raised position. Jiggling the shifter has not helped either. Any Ideas?
