Hi Guys!,
I used a syphon pump to pump gas out of my tank, there was water in it. I have about an 1/8" of fuel remaining. Is there any tricks or tips to get this little bit out? the hole for the fuel gauge is to small to stuff a rag down it. it is under the floor so removing the tank is not an option.

Thanks

How big is the tank?

What you can try is raising or lowering the bow and lifting one side of the trailer by putting something under a tire. The intent is to flow the liquid into one corner so it can be sucked out with the pump through the sender hole

After doing that, secure some paper towels (more absorbent than rags) on the end of a thin stick or even a straightened wire hanger and swab the rest of the fluid through the sender hole.

a rag on a stick stuffed thru the fuel gauge sender works.
