remote throttle for 7.5hp seahorse

Hello,<br /><br />I was wondering if there is a remote throttle for a 1980 7.5hp Johnson seahorse model J8RCS ?<br /><br />My Johnson service manual does not indicate one but I was told that maybe I could use a later model year assemby.<br /><br />Is this true and if so any possibility of finding a used one???<br /><br />Thanks in advance,<br /><br />Cheers,<br />Sven
