Remote Power Tilt/Trim Switch

The remote power tilt/trim switch in my throttle control has malfunctioned and i need t replace it.
I found these numbers but can find no information on how to buy.
Motor is 2003 Mercury 60HP
Controls are Quicksilver(?) console mount

0805-0432
J0233 (maybe J0322, going form memory from Saturday.)

Help?

i tried and cant find either.Same happened to my switch last year so i carefully pulled it apart and cleaned contact points and still works today.You can just rig a new switch to console....thats the easy way out,and much easier to replace if future malfunction.
