Since this seems to be the spot where everyone releases their inner most embarrassments :)

Last year my father and I were planing a nice boat ride... Beautiful day... ect... My father cannot back up a trailer for his life, nor does he understand the ins and outs of a boat.. so.. I back the trailer in the water.. Jump out of the car hop in the boat and bring it to the dock.. Tie it off.. and I get talking to an older gentlemen about good fishing spots. My father walks down the ramp and I say my goodbyes to the old man of the sea... We get in and leave the dock. About 45 min. into the trip my father asks me if I had his car keys .. or if I had given them back. for about 10 min. we look around for the keys.. Mind you this is only a 15 foot boat.. It then dawns on me...

Can you guess what I did..

YEPP ..

20 min ride back to the launch.. and there is my fathers truck.. running with the door open in the launch.. for about 1 and 1/2 hours...

we laugh about it now...

At least we got our boat ride in!!!!!!

wasn't it nice of the other guy to put the truck back where he found it after going for a ride?

That is what I was thinking also, but then again I'm the guy that stands in the sporting section of Walmart without being helped for five minutes and then grabs their phone behind the counter and starts hitting buttons till an associate shows up.
