I have only used Buddy Bearings so can't say I have used the Sure Lube.
You do realize that you need a special axle for the Sure Lube right?
There is also another system called spindle lube(again...special axle) which I think I might pick over the Sure Lube. The grease goes the opposite direction of the Sure Lube but is harder to grease since the grease fiting is behind the hub. The advantage of the Sure Lube would be if any water leaked past the rear seal it would be easier to flush out.
