Reinell Boat

Hello All
A friend gave me a Reinell boat and I'm Trying to get some info on it.
I measure it and it's around 24ft or 25ft.
I got this off the right side at the back of the boat. Rena 1495M760 B2671
Can anyone tell me what size the boat and what motor come in it.
It has a hardtop and look like a omc out drive.. I think I said that right
You can operate it from the inside of the boat and the top of the boat. I pull out the oil dip stick and it was milky and full of water. Is that good or bad.

hi.....ok.....a couple of things.....

first of all.....the boat may be too old for a vin tag.

so post pics if you can....

but now for the bad news......omc drives are good if they work....but when they break they are really hard to get parts for.

and milky oil uasually means a cracked block.....that means the manifolds can and most likely need to be replaced.....that means a total re power.....i would also convert to a merc or volvo drive.

your talking big dollars here.....if you do it on the cheap.....think 5 grand.

but wait.....theres more.......it is also entirely possible that the deck stringers and transom are rotten.......that means you are in for lots of work.

post pics....but be prepaired for the worst.

unfortunately, oops! is pretty much right on. the good thing is Rienell built good boats.

That would be Bad,... Very Bad,... As in it's Junk...
