Gone to register my boat and had some good and bad expirences:<br /><br />BAD:<br />Previous owner gave me the certificate of number and not the title. Now i have to get him to sign a lost-title form.<br /><br />GOOD:<br />I know the previous owner, so signeture won't be a problem. I also have a temporary permit.<br /><br />Well, The marine board said they would take a look at it. So I'll have to wait a while before getting the decals. But at least I have a Temp Permit to test the motor.
