Regal Rush Speakers

I just bought a 1997 Regal Rush XR2. It has a radio mounted in the engine compartment with a remote mounted on the dash. The only problem is there are no speakers the guy told me he only used the radio when the boat was stopped and he had portable speakers that he would setup. I was wondering if anyone knew where and how I could cut holes to install speakers? The guy I bought it from was very meticulous and kept every piece of documentation for the boat, I have the original brochure and a stereo system was not an option.

Here is my '94 may be a little differnt but this is how mine was setup. Not a factory install
