Redfish in Laguna Madre

Redfish abound in the flats south of Bird Island Basin.Limited out before 10 AM and caught and released for a few more hours.Dead shrimp on bottom,live croaker under corks,cut bait,you name it ,they were hitting it.

Yea ob........As this weather cools off a little more we'll be killing em inshore here too, as well as the speckled trout.

Yep.By first of November the bull reds will be running inshore.Almost time to break out the 4.0 Penns.8)

Well I got plenty in the album from years going.No big woop.I'm not real keen on posting pics.The wife says she can scan some at her office and e-mail to my address.I'll see how busy she'll be this week.It's C.A.F.R. time of year for her at the office and her desk looks like the bottom of a bird cage.
