Red Bull Flugtag - Returns to the Delaware River

This weekend Red Bull will return the Delaware River and have its wildly interesting "Flugtag" along the Camden/Philadelphia water fronts.

The last event drew more than 65,000 spectators and a generous amount of boating traffic. Back in 2010 there were so many boats anchored in the area, I had to take it all in at the dock, USCG and the Marine Police were plenty busy
Looks like a lot of fun, but is it all about the splash or how far you fly

Anyone with first hand experience (Land, Sea, or Air) who cares to chime in, tell us your experience.

I live in NJ near Philly, was planning on attending but had to go to a funeral in NE that weekend.
I hope it returns next year, my boys are looking forward to seeing the crashes! the flutog crashes that it is! LOL
