I have a 1993 9.9 Hp 4-stroke with an electric start. I live in Florida which is the U.S. third world equivalent as regards parts and service<br />The rectifier 6G8-85540-22-00 went bad and the dealer says this part is on back order in Atlanta, Georgia. Does this mean some cottage industry in Japan is now being signalled to make the part and I will get it for my 100th birthday?<br />Is there nowhere else in the U.S. that stocks this part?
