Hi,<br />I just got my 9.9 Johnson Model # 10R76H Serial # E4387885 back from a shop. I had a carb. problem, but know that it's back, I now have a recoil problem. Did they have to pull the recoil to fix the carb.? If I loosen the shoulder bolt that holds the recoil it recoils fine but the bolt is loose. When I tighten the bolt it doesn't recoil all the way back in. About 6" doesn't go in. Can ya help me. Did they forget to replace a part that creates this problem? Thanks.
