recmnds for 2.5" fuel filler hose under my console

I've got a kenner 18' center console. The filler port is on the center of the console since the tank is under the console. The 2 1/2 hose is getting rotten and leaking so I need to replace it. Problem is that I have been unable to make a replacement hose be the same shape. See my attached photo. So I'm looking for any advice on how to make a new hose take on the right shape. Heating it, put sand in it to keep it from kinking or whatever. Need some ideas. So far all I've accomplished is putting a kink in a new hose and that restricts flow too much.

That doesn't look like a difficult bend to make, cut your new hose the same length and put it in the bathtub of hot water then install immediately.

Appears the issue is the 2.5 ID, have been able to find 2 3/8

Are you sure on the size of the A2 hose? Most marine fuel tanks are 1-1/2" I'd for gasoline and 2" for diesel. On an 18' boat I would expect it to be 1-1/2"

The A2 hard wall hose is stiff, but simply let it sit in the sun for a bit. There will be a natural curve to the hose from the spool when it was made

All of my built-in tank fill hoses have been 1 1\2" ID hose, can't say I have saw anything bigger. Replaced my fill hose a couple years back when I replaced the hose to the motor. The fill hose was a little stiff but nothing terrible, was able to make a bend by hand to make final connections with minor difficulty. Make sure everything is double clamped so there will be no leaks.

You do want to measure the Inside Diameter (ID) not the Outside Diameter (OD) for hose selection
