I recently bought an older starcraft aluminum boat with a 1974 johnson 70 hp sea horse. It has been used(running within the pasy 12 months but sat for a while as result of divorce. Once home, got the battery charge and engine spins, bottom plug getting wet, middle and top plugs are not, also took plug wires off and tried to turn over and seems to be getting no spark. Any suggestions.
