receipe needed (Gumbo)

I have about 5# of fresh off the boat Mississippi Shrimp that I have just peeled and deviened. I want to make a gumbo today. How about sending your favorite. I have looked on the net for some but fiqured that you all probally had one better. I will probally boil about 2#, and use the rest in the gumbo or save for later. Thanks in advance.
