Here is the status. I rebuilt the carbs today placed them back on my motor. Had a hard time getting the bottom carb on. Started my boat it reved up and then died. It kept doing that. What do I do now? Also the second and third carb is still leaking gas and oil. Could it be sucking air somewhere?

What model and hp motor? You've got 3 carbs so I assume it's a 40+ hp? If it's leaking out the carb throat I would say the leak is caused by a leaky float, a misadjusted float, or a leaky float needle. If it's revving up on idle and dying, it sounds like it's running out of fuel due to sticky float needles (grit under the needle seat), or a faulty fuel pump.
Just some ideas,
