gonna rebuild a bf90 next year sometime
im stuck when it comes to calipers and micrometers
measuring crankshaft journals with a micrometer is what ive seen so far but what about a venier caliper? whats the diference in measuring with either?
and manual or electric whats the pros and cons or manual vs the electric meters?

Re: rebuilding motor tools

From my experience of repairing car engines I can say: If something is bad you will see it. If crancshaft is dead you will see in a sec. Of course it is smarter to measure everything. Good luck.
