I bought a 1987 Bayliner 2.3 earlier this year. The head and all associated parts were in a box. I put on a new rebuilt head and replaced everything else, runs great. I just have one question, the top of the thermostat housing has two ports, witch side is for the water intake, the one nearest to the motor or the one furthest from the motor?
