Rebuilding 1991 120 lower unit

The lower unit housing on my 1991 120hp had a crack in it when I bought the boat, most likely from poor winterizing. I have tracked down and got ahold of a mathing gear housing and plan to swap the gear set out of my original lower unit into the new housing. Anything I should know before I start?? Thanks In advance!!

put in complete new seals, never re-use seals from one case to another.
