rear grease seal leak

Hello All, I had some grease come out of the rear seal only from the right hub. I replaced the axle since it seemed slightly bent and when doing that, I switched the hub locations (I put the right hub on the left spindle and vise versa). I also replaced the seals. I have the bearing buddies pumped up to the same amount on both sides. For some strange reason which I cannot figure out, the right rear seal still leaks at the point were the rubber meets the spindle. The left seal is completely fine. Anyone have any ideas. I'm at a loss. Thanks in advance to everyone.

John

axles have less than perfect sealing surfaces even when new

this looks like one solution
http://www.championtrailers.com/spindles_n_parts.html#spindleseal
Re: rear grease seal leak

thanks tammays, your 100% correct, when i pulled off the hub, i found a small irregularity in the spindle that i knocked off with a flat screwdriver. It now seems to be fine. Thanks for your help.
