I just installed a new head gasket on my 125 Force. Initial torque 18.75 ft. lbs. I ran it for
15 minutes on muffs and all is ok. Now I'm going to re-torque. Hot or cold?
Thanks,
Bud

An inch pounds torque wrench is exact at these low torques. Twelve inch pounds = one foot pound.
18.75 foot pounds = 225 inch pounds.

Tinkerer:
That's what I have, but I thought I would refer to ft. lbs. because most people I know relate
to that measurement. You're right that does translate to 225 in. lbs. Mine gives me a choice.
Bud
