Welcome to iboats Boatdoc58, I see you have some;) experience with force outboards:)? Anything else to be able to add to the list of experience?

In any overheat type of situation, you would typically start with the impeller and work your way forward through the cooling system.:) Of course that is as long as the water pick ups are not clogged below the impeller especially with an alpha drive.

What have you eliminated thus far?

Is the boat ran in salt water?
