Re-powering to Vortec 5.7

I have twin 260hp 5.7,s in a 88 sea ray 270 that i want to replace with vortec long blocks.What parts can i use from the old engines ?

Ayuh,.....

If the motors are the Same Vintage as the Hull,......

Everything but the Heads,+ Intake Manifolds............
