Raymarine GPS Coordinates & Google Earth

I am trying to pre-populate my Raymarine A65 using their RayPlanner RNS 6.1 software and I find looking at Marinas via Google Earth to be very helpful. However when I use the Google Earth GPS Coordinates for a location they do NOT match the map in RayPlanner. In fact I would not say they are even close and I am trying to figure out why.

Most likely the map datums are not the same.

If you are comparing GPS coordinates to a chart or map, the map datum in the GPS unit must be set to match the chart or map's datum for accurate comparison. The datum used to create a chart or map is generally listed in the legend.

So can I match the datum between the two maps so Google Earth is the same as the Raymarine or Vice Versa?
