RANGER REATA RUB RAIL

Have a dealer out here in CA. that say company will not ship rub rails out west. Have been trying for over a month. The other dealer won't call me back. Called back to White River Marine and of course they told me to contact my local parts coordinator. Place I bought the boat from says the won't ship the part. 4 pieces and a rubber insert. Bubble wrap it and throw it on a boat coming out this way. What a joke....
Any suggestions?

By pass the middle men and buy the material direct from the OEM
