Many people are getting away with running plain TC-W3 in the FICHT/DFI engines, Mr Crabbs. That includes WalMart SuperTech.<br /><br />But direct injected engines have different needs. There is no fuel carrying the lubricant into the crankcase or adding cooling to the bearings. That changes the requirements on the oil.<br /><br />For that reason I wouldn't use plain TC-W3 in a DFI engine. I would use the XD-50 or even XD-100.
