radio's and battery chargers

Hello I recentily bought my 1st bass boat. I'm not an expert, wondering i would like to put a radio in my boat. Can I use a car radio and if so how would I hook it up to the battery's. Do I need a certain kind of radio??? Part two, I have three battery's 1 for motor, 1 for lights and fish fider/deph and 1 for trolling. The 1st ting I did was buy an onboard battery charger, right now i just plug it in an extion cord and recharge the battery's after each use. Is there anyway I can hook it up to my motor and recharge battery's when moving??? And if so how can I do it, have 79 90hp mercury. Thanks alot
