i have a 2' center console with t-top. i am looking to put radar on this boat and looking for opinions, sugestions as to what brand and configurations to use? any help and/or suggestions are appreciated.

I have seen a lot of Furno (spelling) and Raytheon over the years. www marine radar query should get the correct spelling for Furno.

JRC makes a fine little 16nm radar that's easy to use. But for the same money you can buy basicaly the same thing in Furuno. The Furuno may not be as novice friendly. Also look into networking electronics. Garmin, Lowrance, Raymarine, Furuno, and others have networking capabilities with their units. Many of their small 5, 6, 7 inch screen plotters and sonar/fish finders have the capability of being expanded into radar units. Best advice I can give is do lots of research and google work before buying.
