Quicksilver Prop numbers

What do all these numbers mean on a quicksilver prop
49 91818 A5 16P I know that last 3 means it's a 16 pitch

The other numbers are part numbers. You can look them us an see if it is a right hand prop, or not and what it's diameter and what motors it will fit. normally Merc numbers start with 48, so it might be a lefty.....
