Hi all, I just installed a new Mercury Quicksilver fuel gage. I have all the connections on the backside of the gage correct. When I jumper the wires back by the fuel sender I get a full reading on the fuel gage when the key is turned on. I have fuel in the tank, which is a built in tank, but I get no gage movement when the key is turned on without jumpering the sender??? Could the sending unit inside the tank be bad? Suggestions? Thanks
